sweet kitchen sink cookies.

i thought up the name alllll by myself! that’s probably why it’s not very good haha.
but these cookies are very very good, regardless of my cookie-naming disability.
three kinds of chocolate, oats, coconut and lots of brown sugar make the ingredient list, there is just no way that can turn out bad.

You need:
The ingredients for your favourite chocolate chip cookie recipe. Like this one here!
(for a really decadent cookie, use 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar and no white)

Add-ins:
About 2 cups of quick oats. You may need to leave some out if you have a recipe for a smaller batch.
1 cup sweetened coconut
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips. i am crazy about white chocolate, so i always use chunks.

To make:
1. You know the drilll, preheat to 350, cream together butter and sugars, add in eggs and vanilla, mix together dry ingredients and add to the buttery mixture yadayadayada.. Follow your cookie recipe.
2. Now your ADD-INS! Add in the oats first, adjust the amount as needed.
Next, add in about 3/4 cup coconut. Then, add in allllll your chocolate. All of it.
3. Stir well and form into cookie-sized balls. i am kookoo for coconut, so i dunked the unbaked dough balls in shredded coconut before baking them for a more tropical taste.
4. And bake for about 10-12 minutes. Feel free to eat one right out of the oven, it is definitely worth the scorched mouth.
