i love cardio!
(don’t tell people this, but i actually prefer it to strength training. sadly, becoming a cardio junkie makes you skinny-fat, so don’t expect nothin’ but cardio to make you nice and toned.)

My favourite forms of cardio include:
running!, rollerblading, rowing, elliptical trainer and dancing/gymnastics.
