My Goals.

1. Heal my body, brain and self-esteem enough to be totally comfortable and confident in a bikini.

2. By the end of August, i want to be able to run a full 5K and sign up for my first race!
i’m almost there with the 5K, and i have a couple races in mind.
(one is a 5K on October 9th, the other is an 8K trail run in october. the trail run sounds pretty neat.)

3. Try-a-tri next summer.

4. Run a marathon before i’m 25.

5. Love my body no matter what i’ve eaten or what workouts i haven’t done.

6. Never give up on my journey to live a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

There will always be times when i want to give up and go back to living on diet pop, sugar-free jello, and 45-calorie white bread.

But i never want to give up. i want to be healthy, active, nourish my body properly and just enjoy food.
